“inclusion rider”这个词最先火起来是在今年奥斯卡科恩嫂在获影后致辞时特别提到，具体意思媒体定义为“ it’s the idea that A-list actors have the ability to stipulate in their contracts that diversity be reflected both onscreen and in “below the line” positions, where women, people of color, and members of L.G.B.T. communities are traditionally underrepresented.”
